ESPRI is developing a webpage for the Southwest Idaho Resource Advisory Committee (RAC), which decide where and how to spend certain federal monies on National Forest projects. These RACs have been designed under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000, Public Law 106-393 (the "Craig/Wyden" legislation). The other two Idaho RACs' webpages are linked to the one under development by ESPRI. The webpage is an opportunity for the RACs share information and experiences regarding the "Title II" public lands projects.
